Observations by the newspaper have that a repeat of the 2019 debacle in APC will likely return considering the characters in the race for Orlu Zone senate ticket.
The coming of Rochas who was in the Senate (2019-2023) back to the beat for the upper legislative chamber of the National Assembly has raised tempo with many watchers of politics of the state anticipating a return of the rivalry of the past.
While Uzodimma who is the incumbent wanting to move to senate without completing his tenure as governor if he wins would use all muscles within his arsenal to fight against opposing forces from Rochas and Izunaso, the former governor will fight back through his former structure; Rescue Mission.
During his state in office as governor, Uzodimma had a formidable political structure that saw him win as governor and back-to-back before ascending to the Senate.
