Iranians are enduring total economic meltdown as the Islamic Republic’s aggression backfires spectacularly. Most citizens have not received their March-April salaries. Businesses report record-low sales since no one has money beyond bare survival needs.
One Iranian on the ground confirms it firsthand: “I haven’t been paid either. I’ve started selling whatever I can just to get by. Bank staff, nurses, teachers, pensioners—none have received their money. I have practically zero income.” Without Starlink, even basic communication would be impossible under the regime’s blackouts.
The video features an economist delivering the grim forecast: monthly inflation already hit 8 percent in early months and could surge to 12 percent or higher. That means prices tripling in a year, with annual inflation exceeding 200 percent in the worst scenarios. The rial is in freefall, oil exports choked by the U.S. naval blockade, and imports grinding to a halt.
This disaster did not come from nowhere. The regime was already driving Iran toward ruin before the Hormuz crisis, sparking protests met with brutal massacres. Now the pain is accelerating. Regime mouthpieces lie that the West suffers more, but reality shows ordinary Iranians paying the heaviest price for their leaders’ folly.
The Islamic Republic’s corruption and incompetence have brought this breaking point. When even Basij and IRGC thugs feel the squeeze from empty pockets, the end may come faster. Iranians deserve better—real freedom under leaders like Reza Pahlavi who reject the mullahs’ tyranny. The cursed regime must fall so Iran can rise again.
