Compulsory NYSC Camp Registration Requirements

Without these, you cannot enter the NYSC Orientation Camp.

1. Final Year ID Card

 • Bring original + 2 photocopies

 • Obtainable from your school’s Directorate of Students’ Affairs

 • School ID accepted; Departmental ID NOT accepted

2. Statement of Result (B.Sc or HND)

 • Bring original + 4 photocopies

 • If you have your certificate, even better

 • No statement = no camp entry

Special Cases:

 • Foreign-trained graduates: Original certificate required

 • Polytechnic grads: Both ND and HND results

 • Medical professionals: Current council registration + housemanship/internship evidence

3. NYSC Call-Up Letter

 • Original + 4 photocopies

 • Do NOT laminate

4. NYSC Green Card

 • Original + 4 photocopies

 • Print in colour, do NOT laminate

5. Passport Photos

 • 8 recent photos, white/off-white background

6. Medical Fitness & Medical Report

7. Uploaded Documents (Foreign-trained PCMs)

 • Bring originals of all uploaded documents

8. NIN Slip

9. IT / Recommendation Letter (HND PCMs only)

 • Must be properly structured, stamped, clearly worded

 • Include start & end dates covering at least one full calendar year
