“I know it may sound strange, but I don’t like overly religious people. In my experience, many of them are not very logical, and I enjoy having logical conversations.
Another reason is the lifestyle. If you’re a pastor’s child or you live with a pastor, you’ll understand—waiting one or two hours after church service is exhausting, and I don’t want that.
There’s also the pressure. Church members expect a lot from you and place you on a very high pedestal.
And from my personal experiences, many overly religious men I’ve encountered have been very mean.
I want to marry a Christian, but not a pastor. I just want someone who loves God, loves his family, and that’s enough for me.”
