The actress shared on Instagram that she woke up feeling numb and later collãpsed while at her store handling inventory and interviews. She said she had worked every single day through December without rest, even when her staff travelled for the holidays.
According to her, over 32 medical tests were conducted, all of which came back negative. Doctors reportedly told her the episode was caused by extreme exhaustion and advised complete bed rest.
Sarah Martins said she is currently recovering in the hospital and expressed gratitude that her vital organs were unaffected.
