Nicki Minaj Claims She Received Trump “Gold Card” After Backing Trump

American rapper Nicki Minaj has revealed that she has received a Trump Gold Card, a document linked to fast-tracked US citizenship, following her recent public praise of President Donald Trump.

The Trump Gold Card is part of a new US immigration programme introduced under the Trump administration, offering wealthy foreign nationals a fast-track route to lawful permanent residency and eventual citizenship in exchange for a minimum contribution of about $1 million to the US government, alongside a processing fee.

However, Minaj claimed she received her card “free of charge.”

The rapper disclosed this on X on Wednesday, where she shared a photo of the gold-coloured card and suggested her citizenship process was already underway.

“Residency? Residency? The cope is coping. Finalizing that citizenship paperwork as we speak as per MY wonderful, gracious, charming President… Oh CitizenNIKA you are thee moment. Gold Trump card free of charge,” she wrote.

The announcement follows Minaj’s recent endorsement of Trump, where she described herself as one of his strongest supporters and defended his policies amid online backlash.

Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Minaj has lived in the United States for many years and previously stated that she was a legal permanent resident, but not a citizen.

The claim has since sparked wide debate online, with supporters celebrating the move and critics questioning the programme and its implications.
