Some opposition figures have renewed calls for a single opposition candidate in the 2027 presidential elections and a return to the Ibadan Declaration.
However, some supporters of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar have accused supporters of Mr Peter Obi of betraying the coalition by pulling out of the ADC and refusing to sign the Ibadan Declaration.
Meanwhile, some supporters of Mr Peter Obi have said that Peter Obi must be the sole opposition candidate.
