Prophet Primate Ayodele has called for the removal of Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde, saying he no longer deserves to remain in office over the security situation in the state.
The prophet questioned how governors spend their security votes and criticized Makinde for saying the federal government has the capacity to direct security agencies. He argued that a governor cannot watch insecurity worsen and still claim to be doing enough.
Ayodele also took aim at Makinde's reported presidential ambition, declaring that he can never become President of Nigeria. According to him, the insecurity and recurring crises in Oyo State are proof of leadership failure.
If there is no knowledgeable person to tell you, I am telling you: you don't deserve to be governor anymore," Ayodele said, insisting that his message is not personal but a warning he is delivering with the authority of God.
