Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Economic Affairs, Tope Fasua, has stated that a modest Nigerian family can still feed for several days with ₦10,000 despite rising food prices and economic hardship.
Fasua acknowledged the increase in the cost of goods but stressed that careful spending and proper budgeting could help families manage the situation.
According to him, Nigerians should adopt more disciplined spending habits and focus on buying food items they can prepare at home to reduce costs.
