American forces just sent a clear message to the drug cartels and their terrorist allies: the days of flooding our streets with poison are numbered.
On April 15, Joint Task Force Southern Spear, under the command of SOUTHCOM’s Gen. Francis L. Donovan, carried out a precise lethal kinetic strike on a vessel tied to designated terrorist organizations. The boat was caught red-handed running drugs along known narco-trafficking routes in the Eastern Pacific.
Three narco-terrorists were killed. No U.S. troops were hurt.
This is what real border security and national defense look like—no more hand-wringing, no more open borders enabling the carnage. Under strong leadership, our military is applying maximum pressure, taking the fight directly to the enemy, and protecting American communities from the fentanyl killers and violent gangs pouring across the border.
The cartels are learning the hard way: play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Keep it coming.
