Onochie Reacts As Ultra-Modern Bus Terminal Constructed By Nyesom Wike Was Destroyed by Wind

Lauretta Onochie, a Chieftain of the African Democratic Congress, ADC and former presidential aide recently reacted after the ultra modern bus terminal constructed by the FCT minister, Nyesom Wike was destroyed by a strong wind. According to the statements which were shared on her official X handle, she pointed out that the bus terminal was few days away from being commissioned and made available for public use.

Many were left stunned after the ultra modern bus terminal worth billions of naira constructed by the FCT minister and former governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike was destroyed by a strong wind.

The ultra modern bus terminal, located at the Kugbo area of the federal capital territory, Abuja was constructed at the staggering cost of thirty one billion naira (N31b).

Lauretta Onochie, a prominent member of the ADC and erstwhile aide to former President Muhammadu Buhari in the statements which were shared on her official X handle, made the disclosure.

However, according to her statements, she pointed out that just a bit of wind was enough to destroy the project that was built at the cost of over thirty billion naira.

She further pointed out that the project, which was scheduled for commissioning could have caused a national disaster if it was in use as at the time of collapse.

The Kugbo bus terminal, it can be recalled, was described as one of the renewed hope projects by the FCT minister, Nyesom Wike.
