The programme offers a 6-month and 1-year hands-on training in accredited centres across all states and the FCT, with participants receiving a monthly stipend of ₦22,500 and nationally recognised certification upon completion.

Training will cover subjects required for high-demand sectors such as ICT, construction, agriculture, automotive technology, creative media, fashion, cosmetology, tourism, catering, and leather works.

The Ministry is also collaborating with the Federal Ministry of Arts, Culture and Tourism to expand opportunities in creative and cultural industries.
