Popular socialite and businessman, Pascal Okechukwu, also known as Cubana Chief Priest, has declared his intention to run for a seat in the House of Representatives.
He made this known after visiting the secretariat of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Imo State.
In a video shared online, Cubana Chief Priest told party leaders that he wants to represent Orsu, Orlu, and Oru East Federal Constituency in the 2027 elections.
He said he has already informed party leaders about his ambition and received their support.
According to him, his goal is to serve his people, adding that everything is in God’s hands.
During the visit, one APC leader praised him, saying he is talented in many areas, from business to public speaking and now politics.
Cubana Chief Priest has recently been very active in supporting the ruling party and President Bola Tinubu.
He currently serves as the Imo Director of the City Boy Movement, a youth group backing Tinubu’s re-election.
