A Lagos woman has sparked conversation online after sharing the daily struggle many workers face just to get to work.
In a now-viral video, she revealed that she gets to the bus stop as early as 4 a.m. to avoid traffic — yet meets long queues, chaos, and no buses in sight.
According to her, before daybreak, the bus stop is already packed with tired workers standing endlessly, hoping a bus will show up. When they finally do, they’re either too few, too late, or don’t come at all.
She questioned why hardworking Nigerians are forced to leave their homes before dawn, only to face the same transport nightmare every single day.
Calling on the government, she urged authorities to deploy more buses and fix the system, stressing that the current situation is unfair, exhausting, and simply unsustainable.
