‎“We Leave Home Before Dawn and Still Suffer” — Lagos Woman Laments Early-Morning Bus Crisis

‎A Lagos woman has sparked conversation online after sharing the daily struggle many workers face just to get to work.
‎In a now-viral video, she revealed that she gets to the bus stop as early as 4 a.m. to avoid traffic — yet meets long queues, chaos, and no buses in sight.

‎According to her, before daybreak, the bus stop is already packed with tired workers standing endlessly, hoping a bus will show up. When they finally do, they’re either too few, too late, or don’t come at all.

‎She questioned why hardworking Nigerians are forced to leave their homes before dawn, only to face the same transport nightmare every single day.

‎Calling on the government, she urged authorities to deploy more buses and fix the system, stressing that the current situation is unfair, exhausting, and simply unsustainable.
