Remember the Nigerian model known as Ewatomilola (real name: Abdulahi Rukayat Oluwaremilekun), famous for removing nearly all her ribs to achieve one of the world’s tiniest waists?
She has just made a heartbreaking confession: the extreme rib-removal surgery has left her unable to give birth naturally.
The revelation came during a live session with popular comedian Carter Efe. When content creator Kolu asked her directly about the consequences, Ewatomilola confirmed the irreversible damage, leaving Carter Efe and another lady in the room visibly shocked.
She had earlier told interviewer Egungun of Lagos that she went from 24 ribs down to only 4 (two on each side) through “rib reconstruction” surgery, mainly to fix uneven hips and perfect her hourglass figure.
The emotional moment quickly went viral, reigniting serious concerns about the dangerous lengths people go to for extreme beauty standards and the life altering risks involved.
