The Senior Special Assistant to the Ondo State Governor on Student Matters, Hon. Kevin Solomon Olaolu, has intervened following the plight of a large number of students who were crowded and stranded while seeking assistance with admission and registration-related issues at the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB.
Hon. Olaolu, who came across the students during the situation, said he was moved by their condition to engage them directly, listen to their challenges, and subsequently interface with officials of JAMB to understand the circumstances and explore immediate solutions.
Speaking on the intervention, the Governor's aide reassured the affected students that they were not alone and that their concerns would receive adequate attention. He encouraged them to remain calm, patient, and hopeful, assuring them that relevant authorities and stakeholders would be engaged to find lasting solutions to their concerns.
He reiterated his commitment as SSA on Student Matters to representing the interests of Ondo State students, protecting their welfare, and ensuring their voices are heard whenever challenges arise.
"Our students are our future, and their concerns will always receive the attention they deserve," Olaolu stated.
