Pastor Korede Komaiya has sparked reactions online after telling worshippers that they could become millionaires within 90 days if they follow his teachings.
Komaiya made the claim in a viral video while preaching about supernatural speed and the role of God’s presence in achieving extraordinary results.
According to the pastor, those who follow his teachings could potentially attain millionaire status within three months and even cross billions within six months.
He said:
“If you do what I teach, you will be a millionaire in 90 days, if not shorter. If you do what I teach, you will cross billions in six months. Look at all the good reports, look at all the good reports, look at all the good reports.”
Pastor Speaks on ‘Supernatural Speed’
Komaiya went on to describe life as a race, stressing that speed plays an important role in determining success.
“Life is a race and in every race, speed is a determinant. Life is a race and because life is a race, speed becomes important. Speed is critical because life is a race.”
“Speed is cardinal because this is a race. Speed is important, speed is cardinal because we are in a race. Can you help me tell your neighbour quickly, we are in a race.”
He referenced 1 Kings 18:46 and the biblical account of Elijah, explaining that the prophet was empowered with supernatural strength through the hand of God.
“And when supernatural speed answers, 1 Kings 18 46, in the amplified classic, 1 Kings 18 46, the hand of the Lord came upon Elijah, giving him supernatural strength.”
“He gathered up his loins, outran. When the hand of God is upon you, you will always overtake.”
“You will always overtake. The hand of the Lord was upon Elijah the prophet. The hand of the Lord was upon Elijah. He outran. Supernatural speed empowers you to overtake.”
‘The Presence of God’ as the Source of Supernatural Speed
The pastor further explained that supernatural speed is anchored in the presence and grace of God.
“But look at it. What is the anchor for supernatural speed? The hand of the Lord was upon Elijah.”
“The anointing of the Holy Spirit was upon Elijah. The grace of God was upon Elijah. The presence of the Lord was upon Elijah.”
“So therefore, the presence of the Lord, the grace of God, the glory of God, and the majesty of God is the seal that engenders supernatural speed.”
“That is speed that is beyond normal. That is speed that is beyond logic. That is speed that is beyond human understanding.”
