In a stunning display of "Cyber Kung Fu" during the Year of the Horse, Unitree Robotics founder and CEO Wang Xingxing has once again pushed the boundaries of what embodied intelligence can achieve. The latest footage shows a fleet of Unitree's autonomous humanoid robots executing complex martial arts routines, flips, and high-speed maneuvers with a level of precision and stability that has left the tech world in awe.
To achieve these feats, Wang and his team conducted hundreds of millions of simulation tests before fine-tuning the robots in the real world to ensure perfect landing stability.
Utilizing a self-developed AI fusion localization algorithm and 3D LiDAR, the robots can maintain precise positioning within 0.1 seconds, even after intense movements.
Wang explains that if a robot can perform high-speed martial arts and weapon-seizing maneuvers while withstanding external forces, its stability in practical home or factory settings is "even more reliable".
