In a heartfelt and befitting ceremony, the Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. (Engr.) Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, led the entire council in honoring and celebrating the outgoing Council Manager, Mr. Abiodun Oladipupo Otinwa, as he bows out of active service after years of dedicated, exemplary, and impactful leadership in the administration of the local government.
