Grammy-winning singer Ne-Yo has sparked fresh conversations online after revealing details of his unconventional love life.
Appearing on Sherri, the 46-year-old star disclosed that he is currently in one relationship with three women — Arielle Hill, Cristina, and Moneii — stressing that it’s not three separate romances but a shared arrangement.
Ne-Yo explained that after his highly publicized 2023 divorce from Crystal Renay, he made a personal vow never to lie to a woman again. That decision, he said, shaped how this relationship began.
“I basically went to her and said, ‘You know I love you, but it’s not just you. I’d love for you to meet these other women, and if we can figure out something together, cool. If not, that’s cool too,’” he revealed.
According to the singer, all three women chose to stay, agreeing on boundaries and expectations. He noted that while everyone gets individual attention, “group time” also matters — and special occasions like Valentine’s Day require extra effort, since the same gift doesn’t work for everyone.
Ne-Yo also made it clear that the women are not allowed to date other men, a rule he said they collectively agreed to.
Despite the complexity, the R&B star insists he’s committed to making it work:
“I’ve never been afraid of hard work. Never ever,” he said with a smile.
