A relationship coach has stirred conversations online after urging men and women to date within their age range, blaming wide age gaps for why many women in their 30s struggle to find love.
Speaking in a viral video, she advised women in their early 20s to date men in their late 20s to early 30s, not much older men. According to her, when older men focus on much younger women, it creates an imbalance that leaves women in their early to late 30s sidelined.
She also addressed fertility myths, stressing that many women in their 30s — even late 30s — can still conceive naturally if they live healthy lifestyles. Age, she said, should not define a woman’s value or desirability.
Her message was clear:

She warned that large age gaps often lead to the exploitation of younger women and unfairly label women in their 30s as “old.”
In her words, dating within closer age brackets creates balance, fairness, and better relationship outcomes for everyone.
