A trending video on social media shows Nollywood star Funke Akindele lashing out at her godson and skit maker, Kamo, over what she described as a “very stupid joke.”
In the clip, the actress angrily told Kamo to stay away from her, accusing him of disrespect and overstepping his limits.
“Don’t interfere with my job. I’m not joking with you. Please go away. He’s a very rude boy. He cracked one very stupid joke today, and I don’t want to talk to him again. So, if you don’t see him in my videos, just know I’ve sent him away. Very annoying brat,” Funke said.
Kamo was heard apologizing repeatedly, saying, “Sorry ma, I’m sorry mummy,” but the actress snapped back, “Who’s your mummy? We are not from the same state. Stupid boy.”
Funke Akindele, who is known to mentor Kamo, made it clear in the viral video that she may no longer feature him in her skits.
