Benue State Police have arrested three suspected armed robbers—Mujahid Mohammed, Yahaya Abdullahi, and Kalipha Mohammad—during a stop-and-search at Orokam Junction. Authorities recovered 34 mobile phones, three laptops, and two MP3 players.
The suspects confessed to robbing multiple flats in Orokam, Benue, and Nsukka, Enugu. Their ringleader, Abba Mohammed, remains at large. Police are working with Enugu and Gombe commands to apprehend him.
Commissioner of Police Emenari Ifeanyi praised the patrol team and urged the public to provide timely information to help maintain safety.
