A 62-year-old man, Mr. Chuks Enoch Ezike, popularly known as Over Size and bearing the title Ebekuo Dike na Nanka, has reportedly married a 16-year-old girl, Miss Deborah Gabriel Akaoseh.
A source who attended the wedding told a blogger Promise Uzoma Okoroo that the marriage ceremony was held on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at Swiss Point Hotel, located at Agulu Ezinano Roundabout, Agu-Ukwu Nri Road, Agulu, Anambra State.
Mr. Ezike, a native of Nanka in Anambra State, tied the knot with the teenage bride in the presence of family members, friends, and well-wishers, he said he met the girl when she was 15-years but waited for her to be 16-years before marrying her.
The union has sparked widespread conversations among residents and on social media platforms, with many raising concerns over the bride’s age and questioning the legality of such marriages under the Nigerian law.
