An alumnus of the Federal University of Technology Akure Emmanuel Ayodeji has successfully completed a split side Master’s degrees programme under the aegis of the European Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s programme in Sustainable Mineral Processing Engineering (PROMISE) with A perfect Distinction grade.
Ayodeji , a First Class alumnus who finished his undergraduate programme with First Class from the Department of Mining Engineering successfully completed the international master’s programme across the University of Oulu, Finland; Montanuniversität Leoben, Austria; as well as the University of Zagreb, Croatia on a fully funded Erasmus Mundus scholarship.
This achievement officially places him among the growing community of Erasmus+ Mundus alumni, following an intensive academic journey that exposed him to advanced training, research and practical applications in sustainable mineral processing and the broader minerals industry.
Throughout his program, Ayodeji distinguished himself beyond the classroom, actively participating in several academic and research projects while also earning multiple awards and recognitions during his studies.
Ayodeji attributed his success first to God, whom he described as the source and foundation of his journey. He also expressed profound appreciation to his parents, family, friends and colleagues whose encouragement and support remained instrumental throughout his entire year of study. Additionally, He acknowledged the Federal University of Technology, Akure, for helping to shape the academic discipline, resilience and pursuit of excellence that has forged him to thrive this phase.
