President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme also known as President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Initiative On Skilled Artisans For Capacity Building And On-Site, is a key intervention of the Federal Ministry of Works, in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda aimed at strengthening national technical capacity, empowering Nigerian youths, and supporting the delivery of critical infrastructure projects nationwide.

President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme Objective

The following are the objectives of President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme:

1. To equip young artisans with hands-on experience in modern construction methods

2. To develop a sustainable local talent pipeline for the infrastructure growth and development of Nigeria

3. To reduce youth unemployment through structured, short-term engagement

4. To strengthen project delivery by integrating trained local support personnel

Requirements for President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme
