Woman recalls painful childhood experience after being sent to Nigeria at 13

A woman identified as Ms DSF has shared a distressing childhood experience, saying she still struggles to forgive her father for sending her to Nigeria at the age of 13.

According to her, her father described the trip as a “vacation” meant to correct her behaviour, which he considered rude and uncultured. However, she says the experience was far more difficult than expected.

Her words

I can never forgive my dad for sending me to Nigeria at 13 💔 He said it was a ‘vacation’ because I was rude/uncultured. I ended up in my grandma’s house with an outside toilet and a school where I got beaten a lot and had to cut my hair”
