A Nigerian man has stirred online debate after advising people who start earning large sums to be careful with how they spend money on family issues.
In a post on X, formerly Twitter, a user identified as Omo Akin warned that generosity without limits could lead to regret.
He suggested that family loyalty may change when financial support is no longer available.
He wrote: “When you start making big money, avoid spending excessively on family problems. If you go broke, they’ll switch to a new spender.”
