Controversial Nigerian singer Portable has called out fellow artiste Mavo, describing him as untalented.
In a video shared on his social media page, the Zazu crooner accused Mavo of depending too much on auto-tune to make music.
Portable shared a clip of Mavo’s live band performance and claimed the singer did not perform well. According to him, the performance showed that Mavo lacks real talent.
He also said some of his own artistes are better singers than Mavo.
“Mavo uses auto-tune. I saw you perform with a live band, and it was very poor. Even my boys sing better than you,” Portable said.
Portable further blamed top celebrities for supporting what he called overhyped artistes instead of promoting real talents.
As of now, Mavo has not reacted to Portable’s comments.
