Social media is buzzing after a viral post falsely accǔsed Afrobeats superstar Tiwa Savage of having her son, Jamil (JamJam), with a pastor.
An X user shared a photo of Tiwa, her 10-year-old son, and Pastor Bolaji Idowu of Harvesters International Christian Centre, claiming the pastor is JamJam’s biological father and shaming the singer for allegedly having a child “out of wedlock.”
🔍 The Facts:
Available records clearly show that Jamil is the biological son of Tiwa Savage and her ex-husband, Tunji “Teebillz” Balogun. The couple was legally married when JamJam was born in 2015, and they divørced years later.
🙏 Where the Confusion Came From:
Tiwa and her son have been attending Pastor Bolaji Idowu’s church since late 2025, where the pastor has openly welcomed and prayed for them. A harmless, joyful photo from church has now been twisted into a serious paternity allegation.
