AFCON 2025: Coach Chelle Releases Final 28-Man Super Eagles Squad

Super Eagles head coach, Eric Chelle, has released the final list of players that will represent Nigeria at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.

Chelle reduced the earlier 50-man provisional squad to 28 players. One major name missing from the list is former captain William Troost-Ekong, who recently retired from international football.

However, vice-captains Wilfred Ndidi and Victor Osimhen made the final squad. Nigeria submitted the full list before the December 10 deadline.
