Out-of-favour Manchester United forward Alejandro Garnacho is keen on joining Chelsea.
It was the Argentine’s priority in January and he has maintained that desire this summer.
Garnacho has been declared surplus for requirement at Old Trafford as he is not in Ruben Amorim’s plans.

Details of the loan deal includes a €30m buy option clause for Tottenham m, which is not mandatory.
