The club announced the signing of the 26-year-old from Napoli in a post on X on Thursday.
Osimhen penned a 4-year contract with Galatasaray and will be earning €15 million per season. He will get an additional €1 million loyalty bonus and another €5 million as image rights fee.
Napoli will also get 10 percent of the profit from Osimhen’s next sale.
Galatasaray will pay €40 million from the transfer fee immediately to Napoli and the additional €35 million over the next year.
The deal also includes restrictions on Osimhen joining Serie A clubs for two years.
The transfer put an end to a two-year saga that saw the striker frozen out of Napoli’s squad at the beginning of last season.
Osimhen will seek to replicate his form while on loan at Galatasaray for the 2024/25 season, when he scored 37 goals and provided eight assists in 41 matches across all competitions as the club won both league and cup double.
