Michael Jordan Sells Iconic Chicago Mansion for $9.5M After 13 Years

It’s the end of an era! After more than a decade on the market, NBA legend Michael Jordan has finally sold his Highland Park estate for $9.5 million — a dramatic drop from the original $29M asking price in 2012.

The 7-acre luxury haven features a full-size basketball court stamped with the Air Jordan logo, infinity pool, tennis court, putting green, cigar lounge, and home theater — all behind gates marked with the iconic #23.

Over the years, MJ tried clever pricing strategies, including listing it at $14,855,000 (a nod to his jersey number). But despite its grandeur, the mansion sat unsold — until now.
