Schools are now required to teach the 10 commandments

 

Schools in Texas will soon be required to display and teach the Ten Commandments, starting September 2025. 

The law comes after a sharp rise in bad behavior across schools. Supporters say this is long overdue, pointing to the moral decline seen in schools since faith was pushed out decades ago. 

Governor Greg Abbott called the law a return to “religious liberty” and praised it as a step toward restoring values in classrooms.

 Texas is now going back to its roots—bringing God’s Word back into schools to help restore order, respect, and accountability.
