Deji Adeyanju, a well-known Nigerian activist lawyer, has pledged to intensify his verbal criticisms of the Ministry of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) led by Nyesom Wike.
In response to the ongoing verbal dispute between Wike and former Rivers State governor Rotimi Amaechi, Deji pledged his commitment in a Facebook post on Saturday.
It has been reported that tensions have arisen between Amaechi and Wike since the former governor became part of the coalition of opposition leaders aiming to defeat President Bola Tinubu in 2027.
Responding to the disputes between the pair, Deji suggested that Amaechi is too prominent to engage with the FCT Minister.
The lawyer advised Amaechi to focus on his important business and leave the task of challenging the Minister to him.
Supporters of the coalition should allow me to handle Wike and the PDP, which I consider a non-issue. Amaechi is above engaging in responses with Wike.
"Kindly leave him be for my sake. They ought to address other significant and pertinent matters," he wrote.
