A Nigerian man has allegedly sent N700,000 to a lady just to see her face on a video call, before going on to propose marriage.
This was revealed in a post shared on the social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter.
In the post, a user identified as @Heis_Marsive shared a conversation he had with a male friend.
According to the chat, the friend mentioned that a man had sent N700,000 to his sister simply to see her face via video call.
He added that the same man later proposed marriage to the lady.
Surprised by the gesture, @Heis\_Marsive posted the conversation online, sparking mixed reactions as many trooped to the comment section to share their thoughts.
