Not fewer than 250 constituents have benefited from another phase of empowerment program in Ile-oluji/Okeigbo and Odigbo Federal Constituency. The Member House of Representative, Hon. Mayowa Akinfolarin extended the phase of empowerment program to youths and women in the constituency.

Akinfolarin stated that the initiative of the empowerment program was geared towards improving the economic situation of the constituents, most especially making them self-sufficient."Our consistent efforts through the numerous empowerment programmes are targeted to ensuringthat a large number of our constituents are equipped to become more self-sufficient, thereby reducing

the level of poverty as well as the effects of unemployment within Ile-oluji/Okeigbo and Odigbo Federal Constituency.This is absolutely achievable if the beneficiaries maximize the various opportunities given to them", he said.

Hon. Akinfolarin further implored the beneficiaries to use the various empowerment tools given to them for the actual purpose, in order not to defeat the goals behind the initiative.
