Chief Sunday Igboho and members of his team have reportedly deployed drones to comb the Old Oyo National Park as efforts intensify to locate abducted schoolchildren and their teachers.
The aerial search operation, according to reports, is aimed at identifying the whereabouts of the victims and assisting ongoing rescue missions within the forest reserve.
The development comes amid growing concerns over the safety of the kidnapped pupils and their teachers, with security agencies and other stakeholders continuing efforts to secure their release.
Old Oyo National Park, which spans parts of Oyo State and neighbouring areas, has been the focus of intensified search operations following the abduction. Further details on the outcome of the drone surveillance were not immediately available.
