Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma, has approved the release of N300 million to support Imo indigenes currently at the Nigerian Law School and those who recently returned from South Africa.

Under the initiative, 250 returnees from South Africa will receive N1 million each to aid their rehabilitation and reintegration into society.

Additionally, 100 Imo State students studying at the Nigerian Law School will receive N500,000 each to help cushion the effects of the rising cost of living and support their legal education.

The intervention reflects the state’s commitment to the welfare, empowerment, and development of its citizens both at home and abroad.
