Olaitan Lawrence Oloruntoba: Your quietness will result in your electoral defeat - Constituent writes Rep Member, Hon Ife Ehindero

An open Letter to the Akoko North Federal Lawmaker Hon. Ife Ehindero.

By Olaitan Lawrence Oloruntoba
Let me start by telling your guilts did to the communities situated in Akoko North East/North West Federal Constituency Ondo, Nigeria.

The trust and confidence that were placed in you have been eroded, and it's disheartening to see that you have not made any significant efforts to address the pressing needs of your constituents.

You ought to seek forgiveness when you remember that faithful day, thousands of people that came out in masses before the sun rays tanned. They assembled, casted their votes, just to put a smile on your face.

All hopes and expectations when they voted you: The struggles and sacrifices made by our constituents to bring about who will consolidate on the outstanding performance of your predecessor and now The Minister Of Interior Federal Republic Of Nigeria, Hon. Bunmi Tunji-Ojo.
Those expectations have been grossly unmet and it seems that you have abandoned the very people who fought for your victory.
Unfortunately, you're blowing the dust into our eyes.

Politics is aimed put a smile on the people's faces you represent as well as assurance of their welfarism with their needs. Politics is not about you and me; sadly, your performance within this tenure of yours has not been encouraging.

All hopes and expectations when they voted you in, but unfortunately, those expectations have been grossly unmet. The struggles and sacrifices made by your constituents to bring about change have been forgotten, and it seems that you have abandoned the very people who fought for your victory.

As a leader, it is crucial to maintain relationships with your constituents and stakeholders, regardless of challenges. However, you have neglected this fundamentalship. Your absence from community events, lack of engagement with stakeholders, and failure to provide updates on your activities have created a sense of disconnect, decision-making and disillusionment, lack of initiatives to address poverty, unemployment, and infrastructure decay.

Your quietness will result in your electoral defeat, and you will have no one to blame but yourself.
