Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in his first press conference since the outbreak of the war, declared that the joint military campaign by Israel and the United States is “crushing” Iran and its allied force, Hezbollah.
Netanyahu criticized Iran’s leadership and said the campaign is weakening Tehran’s regional influence and the operational capabilities of its proxy forces. He also urged the Iranian people to rise up against their government, emphasizing that the military pressure aims to degrade Iran’s military cohesion and that of its allies.
The statements reflect Israel’s confidence in the progress of its operations, asserting that Iranian and Hezbollah forces are being significantly weakened. Netanyahu further warned Iran’s new leadership that Israel will continue to target Iranian military assets and affiliated groups across the region.
