Annie Macaulay-Idibia has spoken out about her relationship status following her separation from her husband, 2Baba.
The Nollywood actress made it clear that she does not see herself as a single mother. According to her, she is a single woman raising two children.
She shared this message on her Instagram page, writing: “I’m not a single mom. I’m a single woman raising two kids.”
Recall that in January 2025, 2Baba announced on social media that he and Annie were separating and that divorce plans had started. He said their marriage had not been working for a long time.
A few weeks later, he introduced Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru as his new partner.
After the separation announcement, Annie removed 2Baba’s surname from her social media pages but later added it back.
The couple got married in 2012 and have two daughters, Isabella and Olivia. Their 13-year relationship faced many public challenges and media attention over the years.
Annie is currently taking care of their two children.
