FG Launches “Fly now, Pay Later” Scheme for Domestic Flights

The Federal Government of Nigeria has unveiled a new “Fly Now, Pay Later” scheme aimed at making domestic air travel more affordable and convenient for Nigerians.

Through the initiative, eligible travellers can now book flights across the country immediately and pay later in structured installments, removing the burden of large upfront ticket costs.

The program, launched by the Nigerian Consumer Credit Corporation, is part of government efforts to promote local tourism, increase air travel accessibility, and boost the domestic aviation sector.

Officials say the scheme will make it easier for Nigerians to travel for business, leisure, and family commitments, while also supporting airlines and the broader economy.
