German giants FC Bayern Munich have reportedly submitted a massive €115 million bid for Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen following his impressive performances for Galatasaray S.K..
Osimhen has continued to attract global attention after his standout display in the UEFA Champions League clash against Liverpool F.C., where the Nigerian forward played a decisive role in his team’s victory.
According to Turkish football pundit Sinan Engin, who spoke on the Asist Analysis YouTube channel, Bayern Munich are preparing for a potential departure of their current striker Harry Kane and have identified Osimhen as a possible replacement.
“Bayern Munich has an offer of €115 million for Victor Osimhen. Harry Kane will leave, and they are considering Osimhen instead. I heard that there is an offer of 115 million euros,” Engin said.
Osimhen’s energetic performances and consistent goal-scoring form have made him a fan favourite among Galatasaray supporters, further increasing his value on the global transfer market.
If the move materialises, it could become one of the biggest transfers involving a Nigerian player in European football.
