“My Parents Didn’t Know I Did BBL Until It Started Smelling” — Queen Asoka Opens Up

Reality TV star Queen Asoka has shared an emotional account of secretly undergoing a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), revealing that her parents only discovered the surgery after serious complications developed.

Speaking in an interview with Chude Jideonwo, Queen explained that her decision wasn’t impulsive. She said it stemmed from her long-standing dream of becoming a commercial and fashion model.

According to her, while her mother supported her ambitions, her father — a lawyer — wanted his children to pursue careers in law. She recalled how her mum would secretly take her to competitions and how drama erupted when her father saw her in an Airtel advert at his office.

Determined to stand out in the modelling world, Queen said she felt she didn’t have the conventional height and body structure required in the industry. Seeking what she described as a “selling point,” she decided to enhance her body — especially with hopes of building a modelling career abroad.

However, the procedure took a frightening turn. She revealed she suffered fat necrosis, a serious complication that left her traumatised and isolated.

“I locked myself in my room,” she said, adding that her sister eventually forced her to open the door after noticing a foul smell and leakage from the surgery site. That moment, she said, was how her parents found out about the BBL.

Queen described the experience as deeply traumatic, shedding light on the risks associated with cosmetic surgery and the importance of proper medical care and family support.
