Popular Nigerian singer Asake has made peace with his father, daughter, and baby mama following serious accusations of abandonment.
The reconciliation came after the singer was widely criticised online for allegedly ignoring his family after becoming successful.
Earlier in 2025, Asake’s baby mama, Adijat, accused him of neglecting her and their child, claiming she supported him when he had nothing. His father, Fatai Odunsi, a stroke survivor, also accused Asake of abandoning him.
The accusations sparked outrage on social media, with many Nigerians and celebrities calling out the singer.
After the backlash, Asake reportedly reached out to his father and promised to take care of his medical bills and also buy him a house.
A photo of Asake with his father that surfaced online on Friday showed that peace has been restored. This development came just days after Asake reunited with his baby mama and daughter.
