Governor Agbu Kefas Spends Over N35 Billion on Roads Construction in October


The administration of Governor Agbu Kefas has released over ₦35 billion for the construction and rehabilitation of key road projects across Taraba State in the month of October alone, Taraba Truth and Facts Report

Among the major projects funded are:

Mararaba–Baissa–Abong Road Project:

CGC Nigeria Limited (Lot 1) – 28km, ₦5bn released

CCECC Nigeria Limited (Lot 2) – 28km, ₦5bn released

China Zhanghao (Lot 3) – 28km, ₦5bn released

Pamanga–Dakka Road: Gelead Construction Company Limited – 35km, ₦5bn released

Mararaba–Yorro–Pantisawa Road: Wasany Construction Company – 20km, ₦5bn released

Yerima–Gassol Road: Whize Chana Engineering Construction – 24km, ₦5bn released

Wukari–Kente–Chinkai Road: Moulds Nigeria Limited – 35km, ₦5bn released

Takum–Ussa Road: Whize Chana Engineering Construction – 12km, ₦1bn released

In addition to these major road projects, the governor approved over ₦1.9 billion for the palliative repair of potholes along Wukari–Tella–Mutum Biyu and Bali–Mararaba/Baissa roads, alongside township road works in Jalingo and Wukari.
