1. Damilola Sunday Olawuyi; He became a Professor of Law (International / Energy, Environmental Law) at 32. He is one of the youngest full professors of law and the youngest Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) in academic track.
2. Aisha Sani Maikudi: She became a Professor of Law (International Law) at 38. She is the youngest female law professor in Nigeria and first female professor of law from the Northwest region.
3. Ahmad Ibrahim Doko: He became a Professor of Quantity Surveying at 37. He also became the youngest professor at ABU, Zaria in his discipline.
4. Evans Osabuohien: He became a Professor of Economics at 38.
5. Francis Oisaghaede Egbokhare : He became a Professor of Linguistics at 37.
6. Ayodele Awojobi: He became a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at 37. He is said to be very highly regarded; part of earlier generations but featured because of how young he was when promoted.
7. Michael Umale Adikwu: He became a Professor of Pharmacy at 35. He was known for being the youngest Pharmacy professor in Nigeria.
