Nigerian man named Canada boy on Facebook who relocated to Canada has shared his experiences while working in Nigeria.
Canada boy recalls how he worked as a lawyer but went on to establish other businesses with offices in Port Harcourt, Awka, Abuja, and Lagos.
He was a CEO who employed lots of people across Nigeria, but to his dismay, the challenges he encountered was enormous as there were no stable electricity, and you have to provide your own power, water, security, etc.
Another major challenge was that different government tax agents will always invade his offices to collect their
share. The Canada boy say it's hard for a business to survive in Nigeria.
Sharing s throwback photo, he wrote:
"Even as a charge and bail, I established other businesses with offices in Port Harcourt, Awka, Abuja, and Lagos.
I was a CEO who employed lots of people across Nigeria, but in a country where there is no stable electricity, you have to provide your own power, water, security, etc. Different government tax agents will always invade your offices to collect their share.
No business can survive under such circumstances. I have no doubt that most of you in Africa are working very hard, but the system there can never allow any business to survive.
There are only two businesses that can survive in Africa: religious organisations and politicians. May God help you to escape.
